How to export it

Export responses to CSV or Excel: SurveyInSite (Results → Export), Typeform (Results → Download CSV/XLSX), Qualtrics (Data & Analysis → Export → CSV), Google Forms (Responses → Link to Sheets → File → Download → CSV), SurveyMonkey (Analyze → Save as → Export file → All responses).

"How likely are you to recommend us to a friend or colleague?" (0–10), plus the response date and (optionally) a team / product question

Then open ReportInSite, go to the Data tab, choose Export from any app, pick Net Promoter Score and load the file. The recipe fills in the column mapping and the calculation; you can change any of it before importing.
