How to export it

Export responses with a 1–5 (or 1–10) satisfaction question.

Survey

"Overall, how satisfied are you?" (1–5)

Then open ReportInSite, go to the Data tab, choose Export from any app, pick Customer rating (average score) and load the file. The recipe fills in the column mapping and the calculation; you can change any of it before importing.

This recipe feeds Customer Satisfaction › Customer Rating. It rolls into the steering scorecard, the portfolio roll-up, trends and the PDF packs alongside every other source.
