How to export it

Run a team self-assessment (1–5 per practice) in any survey tool and export the responses. Each row is one person's overall or per-practice score.

Team (choice) · "Rate your team's practice maturity" (1–5) · response date

Then open ReportInSite, go to the Data tab, choose Export from any app, pick Agile maturity (average self-assessment) and load the file. The recipe fills in the column mapping and the calculation; you can change any of it before importing.
