Skills Coverage report from a skills matrix (Excel)

Report on skills coverage (% of required skills at level 3+) from a skills matrix (Excel) export, measured on the day you export and scored against your own target. ReportInSite runs in your browser, so the file is read on your device and nothing is uploaded.

How to export it

One row per person per required skill with a proficiency level (1–5). Save the skills matrix sheet as CSV, or load the .xlsx.

Columns: Team, Person, Skill, Level (1–5)

Then open ReportInSite, go to the Data tab, choose Export from any app, pick Skills coverage (% of required skills at level 3+) and load the file. The recipe fills in the column mapping and the calculation; you can change any of it before importing.
