Time to Restore Service report from ServiceNow

Report on time to restore service, P1/P2 (DORA, hours) from a ServiceNow export, tracked month by month against your own target. ReportInSite runs in your browser, so the file is read on your device and nothing is uploaded.

How to export it

Major / P1–P2 incident export with Opened and Resolved. Median is used so one long outage does not hide the typical restore time.
