How to export it

Advanced issue search → Export → Export CSV (current fields is enough). Counts what is open today.

JQL

project = ABC AND labels = tech-debt AND statusCategory != Done ORDER BY priority DESC

Then open ReportInSite, go to the Data tab, choose Export from any app, pick Open tech-debt items and load the file. The recipe fills in the column mapping and the calculation; you can change any of it before importing.
