How to export it

Export test results or test runs to CSV/Excel: Azure Test Plans (Test Plans → Progress report → Export), TestRail (Run → Export → CSV), Xray / Zephyr (test execution → Export). One row per test result with an Outcome / Status column.

Filter

Test runs completed in the last 6 months; include Outcome (or Status), Run date and Team / Suite.

Then open ReportInSite, go to the Data tab, choose Export from any app, pick Test pass rate and load the file. The recipe fills in the column mapping and the calculation; you can change any of it before importing.
