These are the only usage records we keep: counts of what you did, never what was in it.

What we record about your account
| Account | Your email address, when you signed up, your plan, trial and subscription dates. |

| Profile (optional) | Name, organisation, role, the reports you need and the apps you use, if you fill them in. |
| Exports and share links | That a report of a given type was exported or shared (for example "financial pack"), and when. |
| Imports | That data came in, and how (for example "recipe: xero-opex" or "Jira Sprint Report paste"), and when. |
| Team count | A band (1, 2–3, 4–5, 6–10, 11+), never the team names. |
| AI narratives | That one was written, the model, and its token counts (to manage the monthly allowance). |
Never recorded: Figures, values or totals from your data; File names, column names or sheet names; Team, cost line, metric or sprint names; Notes, commentary, goals or anything you type into a report; The rows of any file you load.

Delete your account
This removes your sign-in, email address, profile, plan and every usage count, and cancels a paid subscription. Our append-only audit trail (sign-ups, plan changes, AI narrative counts) keeps a random account number with no email or name attached. Reports kept in your browser are not affected; clear them from the tool with Clear data.
